Focused on training Japanese language teachers who will work with skilled foreign employees
This program was developed based on the report of the Council for Cultural Affairs (March 2019 revision), outlining the competencies required of Japanese language educators. Its purpose is to enhance teacher capabilities and promote the smooth dissemination of the report’s recommendations.
Our manager was responsible for the subject “Systems Related to Foreign Workers”, covering key institutional knowledge for new teachers with 0–3 years of experience in workplace Japanese language education.
